This vital role involves supporting the entire service team by maintaining fully stocked and spotless service stations, accurately taking and delivering food and drink orders, and actively contributing to a fun, energetic, and clean environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in operating POS systems (like Micros), processing transactions, managing changes, and accurately accounting for all financial activity during a shift is required.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage guests effectively to build excitement about the unique D&B atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to providing an outstanding Guest journey by delivering the perfect mix of food, drinks, and entertainment in a celebratory and fun setting.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the immediate supervisor, reporting any significant issues or unusual situations promptly and completely.
  • Take necessary corrective action immediately or suggest alternative methods when problems arise.
  • Cultivate a welcoming, enjoyable, and high-energy environment for both Guests and fellow Team Members.
  • Strictly comply with all company-mandated sanitation and hygiene protocols.
  • Take full responsibility for personal cash bank, ensuring the accuracy of all financial dealings by correctly using credit card machines, providing precise change, and maintaining an adequate supply of currency.
  • Follow established procedures for promoting responsible alcohol service, including recognizing and appropriately handling intoxicated Guests.
  • Observe Guest behavior to identify and alert a Manager to situations requiring attention.
  • Cordially greet Guests upon seating in a timely manner.
  • Accurately record and relay Guest food and beverage requests.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings, capable of answering questions about ingredients, preparation, and presentation of food and drink items.
  • Input orders into the POS system (Micros) quickly, in the correct order, with proper modifications and charges applied.
  • Verify that food is correctly garnished before running trays to the designated server's table, as well as assisting other sections when needed.
  • Work with speed and efficiency, consistently following the Full hands in, Full hands out principle.
  • Aid in the setup and teardown for parties and events.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly as required.
  • Provide support to other Team Members whenever necessary or as dictated by the volume of business.
  • Account for all sales recorded on personal Micros keys and complete all assigned station side work at the start and conclusion of the shift.
  • Actively participate in all sales-driving initiatives and promotions to endorse the brand.
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines to manage costs while maximizing Guest value.
  • Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking in after food delivery, maintaining beverage levels, clearing away unnecessary items, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to all Guest requests promptly.
  • Keep the assigned station clean, setting up and breaking down station tables correctly.
  • Foster a positive, cooperative, and productive working relationship with all company Team Members to maintain high morale and efficiency.
  • Must be skilled in engaging Guests effectively to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
  • Listen attentively to understand Guest needs and orders, and communicate effectively with Guests verbally and with Team Members using the POS system.
  • Present a professional appearance by adhering to all dress code requirements, ensuring a neat and clean presentation at all times.

  • Be available to work various shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with regular distractions.
  • Perform tasks requiring reading and writing handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Move throughout the facility and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Stand or walk for 100% of the scheduled shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
