As a Culinary Utility Worker, your role is indispensable in establishing a clean, safe, and inviting dining setting for our customers. Your meticulousness in maintaining cleanliness and order plays a key part in delivering flawless table service and a pleasant environment for every guest. By upholding the highest cleanliness standards internally and externally, you provide crucial support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize dishwashing tools to wash and disinfect a variety of kitchen items like dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assure that all tableware and cutlery are spotless, completely dry, and stored properly for the use of both customers and staff.
• Keep all areas of the kitchen, dining sections, restrooms, and back-of-house locations clean and sanitized.
• Regularly clean and organize the utility area each day.
• To keep the kitchen and utility floors clean and sanitized, make sure to sweep, mop, and disinfect them on a regular basis.
• Take care of garbage disposal tasks and uphold cleanliness standards in the dumpster area and loading dock.
• Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks regularly to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Observe the regulations enforced by the local health department and adhere to the safety measures established by the company.
• Replenish spotless dishes, silverware, and glassware at the Cook, Line, and Server stations.
• Ensure that any concerns regarding equipment or safety are reported promptly to the Manager.
• Balance productivity during busy periods with a focus on maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ensure a top-notch guest experience by keeping dishes and dining sections impeccably clean.
• Provide the restaurant team with timely delivery of spotless dishware and cutlery.

Qualifications:

• Competence in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards amidst a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrating teamwork skills alongside a can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items weighing as much as 50 lbs.
• The job necessitates working on nights, weekends, and holidays if the situation calls for it.
• Even if you have no prior experience, training will be provided.
