The Kitchen Manager at Papa John's is the essential leader responsible for the excellence of all back-of-house operations. This role focuses on ensuring every product meets our Better Ingredients. Qualifications:

Must have accessible transportation for store needs, necessary supply runs, and mandatory company training sessions.
Substantial track record in managing food cost controls, monitoring waste, and handling inventory valuation to support store profitability goals.
Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in a supervisory role within kitchen or high-volume food production environments.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain all food prep and cooking equipment, coordinating necessary repairs or preventative maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
