Shift Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will manage restaurant operations during your shift, helping the team maintain high service standards and ensuring operational efficiency and financial success. Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant restaurant management experience.
• Proficiency in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing operations in fast-food or similar environments.
• Skilled in food and beverage analytics, product standards, and operational procedures.
• Technical expertise in food production, preparation, and delivery with strong focus on food safety.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information and communicating with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and manage multiple areas of restaurant operations effectively.
• Positive attitude and dedication to supporting and empowering team members.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and open to learning opportunities.
• Accountable for errors and prompt resolution of issues.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Dependable transportation for work-related activities and company functions.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, squat, bend, reach overhead and below, and work in varying temperature conditions.
