Requirements of Restaurant Cook:

• Anyone younger than 16 years is not eligible.
• Must demonstrate capability in lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Being capable of staying upright or mobile throughout your work hours is necessary
• Capacity and enthusiasm for operating effectively in a rapid-paced work environment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities of Restaurant Cook:

• Creates and wraps consumable goods.
• Strategically organizes and sanitizes workstations, maintains the cleanliness of fryer and grill equipment, and upholds the overall hygienic standards of the restaurant. Shows gratitude towards customers by providing a welcoming environment, always displaying politeness and courtesy.
• Prioritizes the prompt, precise, and high-quality fulfillment of orders, emphasizing the need for a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills when engaging with diverse groups and shows no favoritism or discrimination.
• Displays a high level of consideration and regard, abiding by JIB procedures and norms throughout the execution of workstation duties.
