Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• The Dishwasher ensures complete sanitation for all plates, glasses, and kitchen implements/containers; expertly prepares, maintains, and disassembles the mechanical washing station in line with all Ruby Tuesday operational standards, safety, and hygiene mandates.
• Operates the dish machine for loading, running, and unloading cycles, strictly following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Routinely cleans the dish machine and immediately alerts management to any operational issues or mechanical failures.
• Cleans, dries, and correctly stores all dining utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Ensures continuous, sufficient availability of clean dining ware for the front of house and clean prep tools for the kitchen staff.
• Maintains the wash area in a consistently clean and highly organized state.
• Collects trash from the dish station and transports it to the external dumpster at scheduled intervals.
• Monitors and replenishes necessary levels of washing agents and general cleaning supplies.
