The duties of the Lead Representative involve coaching Crew Members to follow operational Brand guidelines and deliver a positive and hospitable guest experience throughout their shift. They set objectives, assign duties, and motivate team members, celebrating accomplishments and providing feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements of Lead Representative:

Having worked in a café or fast-food restaurant previously would be advantageous for this position
