Role and Responsibilities:

The role of a Cashier Associate requires direct customer interaction, product preparation, and support in daily store operations. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly, while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards.

• Handle store equipment securely and efficiently.
• Relocate received items from delivery zones to assigned storage points, work areas, and chilled storage rooms.
• Comply with company regulations while preparing food products.
• Precisely manage orders received both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Check inventory and complete required paperwork.
• Keep equipment and facility clean according to daily schedules.
• Observe orientation and on-the-job training protocols.
• Understand and provide accurate written steps.
• Engage in direct and effective communication with clients and team members to complete order processing tasks.
• Fulfill basic math responsibilities, such as making accurate adjustments in currency transactions.
• Input food and drink selections correctly using a computer or touch screen terminal.
• Exercise caution when handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, or moving machinery.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate foundational arithmetic skills and ability to make accurate change.
• Execute tasks efficiently with coordinated motor skills.
• Balance manual dexterity and visual coordination when cooking and using kitchen tools.
