Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Delivery Associate, your primary responsibility is to deliver pizzas and other menu items promptly, while representing Pizza Hut in a friendly and professional manner.

Safely operate your personal vehicle to complete deliveries within assigned areas
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive delivery experience
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all orders prior to delivery
Handle cash, tips, and delivery records according to company policies
Maintain a neat, professional appearance by wearing the approved Pizza Hut uniform
Communicate effectively with the store team to coordinate deliveries and report any issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required
Clean driving record with a focus on safe driving practices
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently within delivery zones
Basic math skills and accuracy in handling payments
Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranging from $4.85 to $8.00, plus the opportunity to earn tips
