Job Summary of Crew Member:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Member:

• Provide superior customer service by ensuring every guest is greeted and served in a friendly and timely manner.
• Accurately prepare food and beverages following established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate cash registers, count and return change, and balance the cash drawer with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and food preparation areas.
• Demonstrate hospitality, respect, and genuine care towards guests and co-workers throughout every shift.
• Assist in maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, including regular sanitization and safety checks.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Member:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Basic math skills for cash register operations, counting, returning change, and balancing the cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.
