Job Description of Food Operations Leader:

In the position of Food Operations Leader, you will oversee the training and guidance of team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be instrumental in creating a friendly, enjoyable, clean, and safe atmosphere. Your role will entail managing daily operations to ensure high levels of performance.

• The preferred educational background includes a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential obtained internationally
• A background of at least six months working within the restaurant business
• Competence in English reading and writing abilities
• Skill in handling and moving objects within the weight range of 10-65 pounds.
