Shift Leader

Description:

Hardee's is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in assisting the General Manager or the manager on duty with day-to-day operations and leadership activities. Working closely with the Restaurant Management Team, you'll help execute the restaurant's business objectives, focusing on maintaining operational excellence and ensuring all team members from Crew Persons to Team Leaders are fully performing their duties and upholding company standards.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
• Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience or education that demonstrates a strong grasp of restaurant management practices.
• Exceptional abilities in planning, organization, and time management.
• Proven capacity for team building and fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, particularly for resolving issues like cash handling discrepancies.
• Must possess reliable personal transportation, a current valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a dependable means of communication (e.g., telephone) and be accessible to meet the operational needs of the restaurant, maintaining an open-door policy.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational capabilities with the ability to identify and implement effective process improvements that yield positive business outcomes.
• Bilingual skills are considered a plus.
