Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring profitability through adherence to cash management and safety guidelines, monitoring stock levels, directing employees, reviewing financial reports, and implementing necessary strategies.
• Develop and implement programs to promote career development and training for both the management team and staff.
• Ensure that the store maintains a high standard of customer service.
• Supervise the restaurant's compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and ensure the completion of safety, cleanliness, and operational assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and pass inspections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Quick Service Restaurants or in an Assistant Manager position within the fast-food industry.
• Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and improve financial outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting the development of others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate successful interactions across diverse situations.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of managing food and labor costs effectively.
• Ability to devise and implement strategies to enhance sales growth and meet business objectives.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ethical conduct.

Salary:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
