Role and Responsibilities:

• Follow the Cash-In Procedure to ensure proper documentation and handling of cash and financial transactions during shifts.
• Prepare food items efficiently and consistently while following Subway's quality guidelines and operational standards.
• Monitor and restock sandwich preparation and front-end areas to ensure product availability throughout the shift.
• Comply with all food handling, sanitation, and hygiene standards during preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and counter areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Uphold Subway's grooming and professional appearance standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.
• Complete administrative and paperwork duties as assigned by management.
• Successfully complete training and certification through the University of Subway program.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: Equivalent to a high school diploma or working toward completion.
• No prior experience required; however, candidates must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system or cash register efficiently.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift, and lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
