Shift Leaders is one of the most important roles on our team. You will be responsible for setting the example and will help lead your fellow team members provide the best service to our Guests. We are looking to add to our team of positive, energetic employees who are passionate about delivering safe, quick and overall exceptional customer service! We offer flexible scheduling that works for you but do require weekend availability. Prior Dunkin' experience is Preferred for this role. However other fast food and customer service experience (i.e. Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King even Trader Joe's) will be considered. We do offer paid training to grow into this role!
