Job Summary of Crew Member:

This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving high quality beverages, baked goods, and snacks. The position contributes to smooth restaurant operations, ensures adherence to brand and safety standards, and supports team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Member:

• Prepare and serve beverages, baked goods, and other menu items according to brand standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all areas of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
• Follow company policies, brand guidelines, and safety/sanitation standards consistently.
• Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Member:

• Positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and feedback.
• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.50 to $18.00, plus tips.
