Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily running of the restaurant to ensure high standards in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Recruit individuals, provide training, and support the advancement of team members while promoting a culture of respect and engagement in the workplace.
• Lead with exemplary hospitality and inspire team members to take ownership of their duties.
• Achieve financial savings by effectively managing inventory, scheduling, and ordering to optimize food and labor costs.
• Supervise the fiscal health, determine objectives, and put into action tactics to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Abide by all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and company regulations.
• Hold regular team assemblies to align goals and underscore the company's values.
• Engage in collaboration with district and regional leadership to back marketing endeavors and community involvement.
• Manage customer queries efficiently and with professionalism to sustain high levels of guest satisfaction scores.
• Encourage a climate of continuous advancement and advocate for the internal enrichment of individuals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous involvement in overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant or food service business, with a strong emphasis on leadership skills and expertise, with a preference for experience within the Wingstop brand
• A Food Manager Certification that is current is mandatory
• An active TABC Certification is a must
• Reliable means of transport and the capability to travel to designated store locations are prerequisites
• The position calls for the flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• The prescribed uniform includes non-slip black shoes to ensure safety
• While bilingualism in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not mandatory
• Exhibit exceptional skills in connecting with others, resolving problems, and strengthening team cohesion
• Keen enthusiasm for constructing enduring guest experiences and guiding staff development
• Operating with a focus on integrity, accountability, and professionalism
