Job Summary of Associate Cook:

As an Associate Cook at IHOP, your tasks entail storing, preparing, cooking, and plating all food items according to local regulations and IHOP's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Your pivotal responsibility is to ensure the provision of quality meals that meet guest expectations and demonstrate our commitment to food safety and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities of Associate Cook:

Establish and maintain professional and operational relationships with IHOP employees.
Follow the set criteria from the IHOP SOP manuals to cook food correctly.
Retain and practice the IHOP-exclusive kitchen terminology, plating procedures, menu varieties, operational steps, galley implements, shorthand, and methodologies.
Ensure your work station is always in a state of cleanliness and sanitation.
Remember to adhere to the health, sanitation, and safety guidelines that are applicable to your area and outlined in the standard operating procedures.
Maintain adherence to the IHOP uniform and grooming standards outlined in the SOP guidelines.
