Role and Responsibilities:

The branch manager will oversee operations for five to seven restaurant units, ensuring financial controls, business processes, and operational standards are consistently maintained. You will lead management teams to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while developing your staff's professional skills.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree coupled with more than three years of experience as a branch manager in the restaurant field, or a similar mix of academic qualifications and hands-on expertise.
• Confirmed aptitude for guiding and supervising operations in a high-speed, vibrant context.
• Proficient in performance management and displays strong leadership skills.
• Skilled in financial analysis, reporting accurately, and making well-considered decisions.
• Exhibiting an untarnished history regarding both driving and criminal behavior.

Compensation and Benefits:
