Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Host's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Operational Excellence:

• Alerts the supervisor to the necessity of relocating money from the till to the secure safe to diminish the risk of theft.
• Verifies that the total in the drawer matches the information outlined in the daily paperwork.

Guest Service:

• Welcomes visitors upon their arrival and sincerely encourages them to come back again before they leave.
• Offers aid to visitors who may require help during their visit.
• Handles the GC On the Go takeaway orders promptly.
• Friendly and polite in phone conversations.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Is aware of and carries out position tasks concerning just-in-time delivery.
• Well-acquainted with the daily buffet spread and has a thorough understanding of the menu items and their prices.

Cleanliness:

• Ensures the vestibule, host/cashier station, and nearby regions are kept clean and orderly.
• It is important to help with setting up the buffet correctly and checking the accuracy of labels. Cleaning duties include buffets and their nearby areas.
• Follows the stipulations laid out by the district health authority.
• Supervises duty roster implementation to fulfill cleanliness, service, and quality requirements.
