Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will ensure that orders are delivered promptly and accurately while providing outstanding customer service. You will support smooth restaurant operations and foster a safe, courteous, and cooperative work environment.

• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections and plan delivery routes.
• Verify orders to ensure quality standards and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Deliver pizza and other materials to customers' homes efficiently and safely.
• Take phone orders and process them accurately.
• Handle confidential customer information with discretion.
• Perform credit transactions and deposit money into the bank as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, assist co-workers, and complete end-of-day tasks, including cleaning duties.
• Navigate various terrains, including multi-level buildings and residential areas, with merchandise.
• Operate and clean equipment and complete other workstation duties such as ingredient preparation and product handling.
• Perform basic arithmetic, give accurate change, and input orders using a computer or touchscreen interface.
• Manage stock items, conduct inventory checks, and complete related documentation.
• Deliver orders using safe driving practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED completion.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Strong map-reading and navigation skills.
• Effective verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate hand-eye movements for handling tools and performing delivery tasks.
• Flexibility to work planned and unplanned shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• Experience in customer service or food delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:
