What You'll Do:

As a Retail Manager, your passion for people and product will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for and your team feels inspired. From showcasing products to managing inventory, you'll create the shopping experience guests expect. With 24/7 support from our home office, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Need:

• 2 years of successful retail management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 45 hours/week (five 9-hour shifts)
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluency in English
