Role and Responsibilities of Restaurant Maintenance Person:

• Support management in attaining and upholding exceptional cleanliness standards and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Carry out daily maintenance by regularly changing the oil in fryers.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Ensure equipment is spotless, tidy up windows both on the inside and outside, organize stock rooms, and maintain cleanliness in restrooms.
• Unload the delivery truck twice every seven days.
• Dispose of and clear out the garbage.
• Change light bulbs.
• Remove debris from the roof and clean HVAC/exhaust systems.

• Readiness for acquiring knowledge and executing tasks related to upkeep and repair work.
