Role and Responsibilities:

- Encourage team members to take ownership of their actions and comply with dress code, grooming standards, and company protocols.
- Stay open to feedback and continuously improve both individually and as a team.

- Implement disciplinary actions promptly when necessary to uphold company policies and ensure accountability.

Pay Rate:
The starting wage for this position is $23.50 per hour.
