General Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, you will lead restaurant operations to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards. You will manage teams, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Manage and support restaurant team members to create a positive work environment.
• Oversee restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Handle daily operational challenges with energy and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain communication with corporate leadership and follow company policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 16 years old to join the team; 18 years old with 2 years driving experience and a good driving record if applying for a driver position.
• For management roles, must be at least 18 years old and pass the Company background check.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Valid food-handler’s card is required for management positions.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Reliable, punctual, energetic, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing restaurant teams or similar customer-focused roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $48,000 to $69,000, plus applicable overtime.
• Performance bonuses based on restaurant results (bonuses not guaranteed).
