Role and Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, you will ensure the kitchen operates efficiently while delivering high-quality meals in line with Chili's standards. You will prepare food accurately, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and communicate effectively with your team to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Understand and implement recipe instructions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
• Communicate ticket allocation schedules clearly to team members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen

Required Skills and Experience:

• Friendly and compassionate approach in all communications with colleagues
• Ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic and high-traffic environment
• Skill in utilizing slicers, blenders, grinders, food processors, and other kitchen appliances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a comparable food and beverage service role
