Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer operations.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat Guests promptly and efficiently, managing waitlists as needed.
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, assisting with reservations and general inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host stand and waiting area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff regarding table availability and special requests.
• Assist Guests with any needs or concerns, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately for to-go orders or merchandise, if applicable.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Proactively anticipate Guest needs and offer assistance to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
