Role and Responsibilities:

As a Burger King Clerk, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding guest service while supporting daily restaurant operations to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Key duties include:

• Greet guests warmly, record their requirements, process transactions, and handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Use suggestive-selling techniques to increase transaction volume while operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer orders and package meals and beverages appropriately for pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, counters, food prep spaces, utensils, dining areas, restrooms, and external surroundings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the workplace.
• Assist with inventory reception, stocking, and organization.
• Perform responsibilities across multiple work areas, including the front counter, Drive-Thru, food preparation, and order completion.
