Job Summary of Crew Leader:

The main duty of a Crew Leader is to uphold the company's high standards of service excellence and passionate hospitality while supporting the management team in various operational tasks. This role requires providing exceptional guest service during shifts and assisting with administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the restaurant. Shift Leaders are essential in maintaining service standards and delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities of Crew Leader:

Assumes responsibility as the primary contact for SOH when management is unavailable.
Administers training, coaching, and feedback to enhance the performance of the front-of-house team.
Every now and then, individuals may be tasked with taking full charge of running a shift.
About 95% of the Crew Leader work schedule will be focused on activities within the restaurant premises.
Assists with the training of new hires, ensures they understand and follow all company procedures, and helps them navigate the onboarding process.
Could aid in coordinating staffing necessities in the event a team member cannot show up for work
Tasks include handling cash receipts, store receipts, and discounts, and ensuring the accurate reconciliation of cash receipts and store bank funds
Undertake any extra tasks as assigned. Reasonable adaptations may be granted to empower individuals with disabilities to execute the essential functions.
Crew Leader must be able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with guests, staff, equipment problems, or emergency situations.
