Role and Responsibilities

As a District Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership, direction, and support to store managers and their teams, ensuring consistency in quality, compliance, and execution across multiple restaurant locations.

• Oversee restaurant operations across assigned locations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, hygiene, and teamwork.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall brand performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor management teams to strengthen leadership pipelines and enhance team engagement.
• Lead by example, promoting Wingstop's culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence.
• Control labor and food costs through efficient inventory management, scheduling, and procurement practices.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and all health and safety regulations.
• Host regular leadership meetings to align business goals, reinforce company values, and promote collaboration.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to drive marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
• Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and empowerment within each restaurant team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven success managing multi-unit restaurant or food service operations, preferably within the Wingstop brand or a comparable concept.
• Valid Food Manager Certification and TABC Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between designated store locations.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support business operations.
• Adherence to professional appearance standards, including non-slip black footwear.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operations, solve problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring staff to do the same.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions.
