Job Summary of Chill Crew Member:

This role involves providing friendly and efficient customer service in a fast - paced environment. The position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts, with a focus on ensuring a positive experience for all customers while supporting smooth daily operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Chill Crew Member:

Greet customers warmly and provide courteous, attentive service.
Perform duties efficiently during evening and weekend shifts, including closing responsibilities as required.
Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational goals are met.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
Support management by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications and Experience of Chill Crew Member:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer - focused attitude.
Ability to work nights and weekend evenings, including shifts ending around 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM twice per week.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast - paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist as needed.
