Maintenance Associate

Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Associate:

• Support the management team in their pursuit of outstanding restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Implement a daily oil filtration process for fryers to prevent buildup and contamination.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Keep equipment sanitized, clean windows on both sides, organize stock areas, and tidy up restroom facilities.
• Twice weekly, remove items from the delivery truck.
• Take out and discard the litter.
• Change light bulbs.
• Maintain HVAC/exhaust units and roof by clearing them of debris.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Associate:

• Willing to be trained and undertake duties involving the maintenance of physical assets.
• Proficiency in teamwork within a fast-paced setting.
• The commitment to reliability in maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards is indispensable.

Preferred Qualifications for Maintenance Associate:

• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance fields is beneficial but not a necessary condition.
