Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the daily operations and functional departments within the restaurant
• Foster the growth and success of a high-performing team of leaders and staff members by offering mentorship and support
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and uphold the renowned hospitality standards of Chick-fil-A
• Follow all rules established to maintain food safety, quality control, and cleanliness protocols
• Improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Applicants need to demonstrate a minimum of five years of leadership experience, preferably within retail or hospitality settings
• Availability for full-time work, which may involve early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet job obligations
• Proven effectiveness in steering, instructing, and facilitating the development of others
• Strong communication capabilities and adept interpersonal interactions are fundamental proficiencies
• Demonstrating a hospitality-driven attitude, self-understanding, and a willingness to evolve are crucial in this industry
• Trustworthy transportation and a willingness to commit to working more than 45 hours weekly are expected
