• Vigorous, sincere, encouraging, and lively method of leading others
• Established track record in setting and enforcing high standards for performance
• Applicants need to meet the requirements of being at least 18 years old, possessing a valid driver's license, having a clean driving record, and holding a minimum of one year of driving experience in the U.S.
• Trustworthy means of commuting (excluding public transit)
