Qualifications:

• Prior professional experience in restaurant management or a related field, with a track record of one to five years, depending on the specific management tier (Assistant/General Manager).
• Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication, enabling clear direction and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with standard back-office software and the aptitude to quickly learn and master new internal computer systems and tools.
• Physical stamina to frequently lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds and maintain active, well-paced mobility, including prolonged standing and bending, throughout an entire shift.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary brand representative for Chicken Salad Chick, upholding and communicating the company's core values and culture to all team members and guests.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure all service, food quality, sanitation, and facility appearance standards are consistently met and often exceeded.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team, investing time in the continuous development and professional growth of all personnel.
• Manage financial controls, including accurate cash handling procedures, inventory counts, and labor scheduling to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all established company policies, operational guidelines, safety protocols, and relevant federal/state/local labor and health regulations.
• Proactively manage guest feedback both positive and negative taking swift action to resolve issues and celebrating success to create memorable guest interactions.
• Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action when necessary, and assist in or directly handle employment decisions, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Maintain the facility and equipment in excellent working condition, addressing maintenance needs and ensuring proper inventory receipt and storage.
• For the senior role, develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive sales and business growth in line with brand standards.
