As a To-Go Specialist, you are the key point of contact for our off-premise guests. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the takeout process, from order entry to final pickup. Your attention to detail ensures every order is accurate and ready on time, providing our customers with the same high-quality Outback experience they would receive in our dining room.
Responsibilities:
Actively receive, process, and confirm all incoming takeout orders, whether by phone, in-person, or via online platforms.
Carefully review and accurately pack each order, ensuring all items, sauces, and utensils are included as requested.
Maintain a deep understanding of our full menu and preparation standards to assist customers with their orders and inquiries.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure orders are prepared promptly and efficiently.
Manage the payment process for all to-go orders and handle transactions with accuracy.
Greet guests upon their arrival, providing a friendly and efficient handover of their meals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked to-go station at all times.
Qualifications:
One (1) year of previous experience in a customer-facing role within a restaurant or retail environment.
Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum age 21 years.
