Responsibilities:

Leadership and Communication

• Alerts superiors when unable to make it to the workplace at the designated hour.

• Notifies the Manager on duty of any issues that fall outside the Team Leader's realm of authority.

• Observes the Drive-Thru production process to ensure prompt and efficient service.

• Cultivates a team environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
• Ensures that all operations are conducted following the appropriate policies and procedures.
• Drafts shift reports for the purpose of informing leadership and other key personnel about key developments.
• Verifies that all equipment is operating securely and in compliance with company regulations.

Customer

• Makes sure customers are happy and that their orders arrive on time.
• Manages the restaurant's look and feel to bolster a favorable public impression.
• Deals with customer complaints based on company protocols and strives to meet customer needs.

Finance

• Displays fiscal prudence towards organizational funds.
• Ensures adherence to company guidelines for cash management and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Monitors the handling of cash and maintains control over inventory levels.
• Manages the process of depositing cash and handling the petty cash float.
• Monitors and regulates labor and food budgets to enhance operational output.

Physical Requirements:

• The job necessitates the capability to handle loads of up to 50 lbs.
• Aptitude to stand for the duration of the work shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push.
• Continuous contact with water, cleansing products, and food items.
• Frequent handwashing.
