Job Duties and Responsibilities of Baskin Robbins Shift Manager:

Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high - quality service.
Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Operate the POS system accurately to process orders and payments.
Prepare and package food and beverage orders according to brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking, prep, and dining areas.
Operate coffee and sandwich equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper inventory management and accountability for food quality and quantity.
Coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience of Baskin Robbins Shift Manager:

Minimum age of 18 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
Proficiency in operating computerized POS systems.
Basic math skills and ability to complete written and verbal tasks accurately.
