Role and Responsibilities of Crew Shift Supervisor:

As a Crew Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for management of an entire shift(s) of restaurant operations. You will work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. This position involves managing the front-line team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the management team in achieving restaurant goals. Key responsibilities include

• Coordinate and manage the entirety of restaurant activities during a shift, from initiation to conclusion.
• Foster the growth, development, and mentorship of employees for team excellence.
• Promote a warm and friendly environment in both the work and dining areas.
• Monitor and enhance the practice of food safety procedures throughout the working hours.
• Increase revenue and profitability by enhancing the efficiency of store operations management.
• Follow the QSC standards diligently to guarantee quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Maintain the protection of Wendy's brand and wealth.
• Show a continuous drive to deliver outcomes and consistently meet set targets.
• Go the extra step in serving our guests and securing their happiness and satisfaction.
• Coach, monitor, and reinforce crew members in proper food safety procedures.
• Execute the responsibilities of a Cash Manager as necessary, which involve tasks like initializing cash registers at the beginning of the day and balancing cash at the end of the day.
• Conduct assessments to make certain that the restaurant is ready for business initiation/cessation and able to efficiently manage rushes.
• Partner with the restaurant management team to design and implement training approaches that aim to enhance retention among crew members and Team Trainers.
• Supervise, manage, and delegate the execution of operational functions while ensuring compliance with all Company policies and guidelines.
• Support the restaurant management in coordinating crew member schedules to ensure proper coverage for the restaurant and uphold customer service excellence.
• Keep food and labor costs in check to reach budget goals.
• Consistently follow and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain oversight of food preparation activities to ensure quality assurance.
• Engage with your team to fulfill sales objectives and escalate revenue generation.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and address any guest-related matters promptly.

Required Skills and Experience of Crew Shift Supervisor:

• Individuals must have reached the age of 18.
• Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as possessing all the requisite paperwork as mandated by both state and federal laws.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Crew Shift Supervisor or in a similar role, with a preference for individuals who have experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual concepts.
• Readiness to handle changing work hours, such as weekends and holidays.
• Evidenced aptitude in guiding and overseeing your team amid a high-speed and ever-changing setting.
• Displays a talent for addressing issues and making informed choices.
• Focused on delivering outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Potent leadership coupled with excellent interpersonal strengths.
• The ability to communicate efficiently with both colleagues and customers is key.
• Awareness of the regulations and procedures concerning the safety of food.
• Competence in managing multiple responsibilities and deciding on their priority level in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications for Crew Shift Supervisor:

• Background in handling large volumes of customers in QSR or fast casual restaurants.
• Proficiency in using a computer can be advantageous.
• Ability to manage cash resources effectively and produce accurate financial statements.
