Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Host's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Guest Service:

• Greets customers as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a personal touch, and extends an invitation to return upon their exit.
• Extends assistance to guests in need of help or guidance.
• Manages the processing of orders for GC To Go effectively.
• Warm and courteous when speaking on the phone.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Follows and understands position responsibilities in the context of just-in-time delivery.
• Informed about the offerings on the buffet each day and proficient in the menu choices and pricing.

Cleanliness:

• Maintains cleanliness and organization at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding space.
• Aiding in the proper arrangement of the buffet and verifying label accuracy is important. This also includes cleaning the buffets and the areas surrounding them.
• Abides by the directives prescribed by the local public health department.
• Directs duty roster operations with a focus on meeting cleanliness, service, and quality protocols.

Operational Excellence:

• Communicates with the manager about when the cash in the drawer should be taken to the safe to decrease the potential for robbery.
• Confirms that the amount recorded in the daily paperwork matches the actual balance in the drawer.
