Job Summary of Buffet Cook:

This role play a key role in delivering high - quality meals by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to Chipotle’s standards. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to kitchen safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Buffet Cook:

• Prepare and measure ingredients, including washing, chopping, marinating, and grilling as needed.
• Cook and assemble menu items accurately and promptly to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following all procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment.
• Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent food quality and smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Buffet Cook:

• Experience working as a cook in a fast - paced environment preferred; fast casual or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
• Ability to handle kitchen tools and equipment with dexterity and care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to remain positive and focused under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary school education is an advantage.
