Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail General Manager:

• Provide help in acquiring, employing, assimilating, and advancing personnel.

• Foster the progress of the support team through coaching sessions, training programs, and entrusting them with new responsibilities.

• Staff shifts adequately to meet guest service expectations.
• Safeguard the well-being of individuals by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation principles to maintain a secure environment.
• Enforcing brand protocols, culinary recipes, operational frameworks, and marketing initiatives inside the dining establishment.
• Establish and carry out initiatives aimed at increasing manufacturing, efficiency, quality, and customer service benchmarks.
• Analyze input from guests and assessments of operations to recognize and enforce improvements.
• Regulate expenditures to optimize profits and strive towards sales milestones.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail General Manager:

• Candidates should have completed high school or obtained an equivalent qualification, with preference given to those with further educational achievements.
• Background in the hospitality industry, retail sector, or supervisory responsibilities.
• Foundational computer knowledge and proficiency in writing.
• Knowledge of mathematical principles and financial management is vital.
• Able to effectively convey thoughts and ideas in fluent English.
• Meeting the age requirement, which is usually 18 years of age.
