The Bakeshop Cook plays a key role in crafting yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and freshly baked goods. Maintaining a focus on freshness, efficiency, cleanliness, and organization is essential for the Baker in successfully completing their daily duties.

Food Production:

• Develops homemade yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and various baked creations.
• Crafts bakery items for breakfast on weekends to fulfill production requirements.
• Following the buffet production system accurately is crucial for upholding quality standards and meeting shelf life regulations.

Operational Excellence:

• Maintains a commitment to serving bakery items that are always fresh, delicious, visually appealing, and heated when necessary.
• Ensures consistency and quality by strictly adhering to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Ensures proper division of servings and recipe quantities.
• Stick to the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide for efficient workflow.

Guest Service:

• Provides a warm and respectful service to customers while aiding them with bakery items.
• Has knowledge of and adheres to position tasks related to just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness:

• Oversees duty roster obligations with a focus on cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Complies with the regulations enforced by the town health department.
