What You'll Do as a Night Custodian:

As a part of the Night Custodian, your primary focus is on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of the restaurant for the upcoming day. This position requires working overnight, allowing you to carry out your tasks without interrupting the restaurant's normal functioning hours.

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the store, paying close attention to food handling and serving spaces
• Execute nightly cleaning and upkeep tasks following the safety and cleanliness protocols set by Cracker Barrel
• Secure the quality of the guest experience through the provision of a well-kept and inviting environment
• Ensure that all safety, sanitation, and security procedures outlined by the company are followed diligently
