Brief job description: Assisting with setting up, operating, and cleaning both the indoor and outdoor sections of the restaurant; washing, storing, and replenishing all plates, glasses, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other equipment for the restaurant. Properly maintaining and sanitizing the dishwashing machine. Keeping the dishwashing area clean and hygienic.

Requirements:

Required experience and competencies:

• Being capable of standing and moving around steadily for up to four hours without interruption is a fundamental requirement.
• The ability to effectively convey messages and actively engage in listening to supervisors and peers is a critical attribute.
• Being able to regularly flex, kneel, elevate, and move dish racks, trash bins, and other items weighing up to 75 pounds is essential.
• Properly clean, arrange, and restock all plates, glasses, silverware, mugs, dishes, cooking tools, and various equipment to guarantee there is an appropriate amount ready for guest use
• Exhibit carefulness in assisting with spot cleaning tasks for floors, carpets, walls, and furnishings, aiming to uphold a welcoming and secure environment for employees and visitors
• Master the art of effective communication to engage successfully with different people
• Succeed in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
