Responsibilities of Food Service Manager:

In the role of a Food Service Manager, you will contribute to crafting an exceptional guest experience through:

• Experience in leading or managing previously is desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Providing a unique and enthusiastic experience for guests and team members through positivity and vibrancy.
• Promoting a culture of food safety that adheres to the company's expectations in terms of food quality, hygiene, and procedures.
• Acknowledging team members for their dedication and commemorating successes at the end of every work period.
• Assigning tasks to your exceptional team members to guarantee that all guests needs are not just met but surpassed.
• Having clear procedures for beginning, middle, or end tasks during your work period and preparing the following shift for a smooth transition.
• Displaying strong customer service abilities and effectively conveying messages.
• Meeting the physical demands of the position, such as standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting objects weighing up to 55 pounds, and carrying out regular duties in a restaurant setting, with or without necessary adjustments.

Qualifications of Food Service Manager:

• Being capable of acquiring and upholding all necessary food safety permits and qualifications as mandated by the local, state, and federal laws.
• Being able to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays is advantageous.
