Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with customers, prepare products, and support daily store operations. You will ensure timely and accurate order processing while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare food products according to company standards.

• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

• Perform basic math tasks, including making correct monetary change.
• Enter orders accurately using a computer or touch screen.

Physical Requirements:

• Carrying items such as large cans, pizza sauce (up to 30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 lbs each).
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.
• Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching frequently and as required for tasks.
• Continuous use of hands for food preparation and manipulation of tools such as pizza peels, cutters, and boxes.

Work Conditions:

• Exposure to varying temperatures from 36°F in coolers to above 90°F in work areas.
• Occasional outdoor work when removing trash or performing other tasks.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Cramped work areas including walk-in coolers.
