Basic Qualifications:

• Experience is not compulsory
• Consistently show up on time and maintain regular attendance, with or without necessary adjustments
• Able to accommodate flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Adhere to store regulations and guidelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality drinks and food items, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and protection, as necessary
• Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to engage with them and gain an understanding of their needs
• Prepare meals and beverages according to standard or personalized formulas
• Complete a mixture of tasks within the store during every shift
• Capability for quick learning and skill acquisition
• Skilled in the interpretation and execution of both oral and written instructions, including the ability to ask for clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
