Qualifications:

Prior professional experience in a kitchen setting, such as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other back-of-house (BOH) role, is advantageous.
Ability to obtain or current possession of a Food Handler's certification.

Responsibilities:

The Grill Cook is responsible for all food preparation, ensuring it consistently meets or surpasses our quality, hospitality, and service benchmarks, and that all dishes are completed efficiently to meet business demands and deadlines.
You will follow established recipes and the menu to prepare all assigned food items, paying close attention to specific customer requests or dietary/nutritional needs.
You will actively monitor and manage kitchen inventory, accurately determining the necessary food products and supplies to maintain continuous and smooth service throughout operating hours.
Ensure strict adherence to all proper food safety and health procedures.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and health practices in your work area and personal presentation.
