Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Delivery Associate, your primary responsibility is to deliver pizzas and other menu items promptly, while representing Pizza Hut in a friendly and professional manner.

• Safely operate your personal vehicle to complete deliveries within assigned areas
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive delivery experience
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all orders prior to delivery
• Handle cash, tips, and delivery records according to company policies
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance by wearing the approved Pizza Hut uniform
• Communicate effectively with the store team to coordinate deliveries and report any issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required
• Clean driving record with a focus on safe driving practices
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently within delivery zones
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling payments
